Guided Meditations and Exercises
These meditations and breath work practices are designed to help you cultivate mindful awareness of inner experiences, choose aspects of your inner experience to focus on, and use body-based resources to ground and regulate. The meditations combine a somatic focus with elements from Buddhist and pre-Buddhist traditions. The breathing practices are traditional pranayama or yoga breathing exercises. Enjoy!
